Selecting Music

Most commercially available music is copyrighted material. In most cases, an individual does not have the right to reproduce any copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright holder. Let the Good Times Roll Productions supports the copyright act. For this reason, Let the Good Times Roll cannot provide copyrighted music for your video scrapbook. However, there is a fair use clause in the Copyright Act which provides for limited use of copyrighted materials under certain circumstances.  For example, if you have properly purchased copyrighted materials, you have the right to duplicate those materials for your own private use.  Therefore, the customer must provide their own properly purchased music on CD for use in their video scrapbook.  The finished video scrapbook is intended for the customers own personal use.

If you do not have a particular preference regarding music for your video we can use copyright-free music. These musical selections are instrumental, intended to provide ambiance for your video scrapbook.

Shipping and Handling (if necessary)

We understand how important your pictures are to you and we will handle them with the utmost care. All pictures, discs, hard drives, and music CDs will be returned when your DVD is completed and shipped. We use a combination of USPS and UPS for our shipping needs. Each package shipped will be sent with delivery confirmation.

You can expect your video scrapbook to be shipped in 1 – 2 weeks from the time we receive all the necessary pictures, music, and paperwork. Expedited service is available for an additional $15, which ensures that your video scrapbook will be shipped within 7 days of us receiving what we need. If you have waited until the last minute and need faster service, contact us and we will try to accommodate you. Extra shipping and handling charges may apply for orders needed in less than one week.

We will work with you to ensure that your memories are captured just as you want them. If you are not satisfied with the final product, simply return the original DVD with a letter specifying what you would like changed. We will make corrections in a timely manner and resend the product.
